Q: What exactly can I post on PostWhatever.com?
A: The name says it all! You can post whatever as long as it’s legal(*) and does not promote any sort of discrimination or hate.
(*) Legal – As defined by your local, provincial/state and federal authorities. PostWhatever.com does not govern any of the laws and believe in the honor system of our sellers & buyers when it comes to posting.
If you believe a posting in anyway is illegal or promotes any sort of discrimination or hate please use the “Report” button on the posting or use our contact form to speak to one of our staff.
We do not condone or allow any sort of SPAM posting and encourage our visitors & users to use the “REPORT” button on any posting you believe falls into this category. Our goal is to provide a valuable service to everyone without worry of “claims of free prizes” or “make money fast” .. etc.
At any point and time we reserve the right to remove a posting without notice if we deem it inappropriate content or of a deceptive nature.
We do not condone or allow postings that are related to escort or prostitution services. We try our best to monitor all of the postings but some may go unnoticed due to site volume, or deceptive tactics of posters, so we ask that you please report any instance of these types of postings you may happen to find on the site.
Q: What does it cost to post on PostWhatever.com?
A: Absolutely nothing! If you wish to draw extra attention to your posting though you can use the ‘ Featured Ad ‘ option when posting, for a small cost, to draw extra special attention to your posting.
By utilizing the ‘Featured Ad’ option you drastically increase your viewing audience and your chances of selling your item.
Q: Is there any additional promotion for my ad other than on than on PostWhatever.com?
A: Yes!
With each new posting we also cross promote with a Tweet to our official Twitter account at:

We are also working towards providing a weekly newsletter in which subscribers will be provided with an overview of new content. The newsletter will contain items that are part of the ‘Featured Ad’s’ promotions.
Q: How long does my ad stay posted?
A: Posted ads will run for 90 days(*) from the moment they are posted. If you are closing in on your 90 days don’t worry as you can post your ad again for free after the 90 days have expired.
To draw attention to your add look at selecting our “Featured Ad” option which promotes your ad to top of the category.

Q: What currency are the prices shown in?
A: All prices are suggested to be listed as USD at this time. However, the seller does hold the right to indicate another currency either in the posting or via contact with the buyer.
PostWhatever.com does not set or control the currency of each listing.
Q: My item has been sold or I no longer need the posting – what do I do?
A: If your item has sold, or you no longer require the posting, you have the following options available:
1. Edit your posting so the title has the phrase **** SOLD **** in the title
2. Log into your account and view your ‘dashboard’ (http://www.postwhatever.com/dashboard/) from the top right hand corner to see all of your ads. From here you can ‘pause’ the specifc posting in question to have it taken offline instantly.
3. If after 90 days your posting remains users will be notified, via a banner on the posting, that it is old and may no longer be valid.
Q: I would like to change my password or other profile related information ( including: website, about me, profile picture, etc. ) – where do I do this?
A: You must be logged in to update any profile related information. Click on the “My Dashboard” link in the top right corner and from there click on “My Profile” to update as you need.

Q: What about my privacy?
A: Your information in no way will be sold or provided to any third party company. Additional security is in place to prevent email harvestors from gathering your email address from your posting.
In addition we have implemented Captcha security to preven unwanted ( and hated ) SPAMMERS from commenting on any of your postings.
We do have plans in the future to present a newsletter to our registered users (sellers & buyers) and guarantee that your email address will not be visable or be harvested as part of this process.
The newsletter will also have the option for you to ‘opt-out’ if you wish as well.
(*) We do reserve the right to utilize any content or images/media uploaded, for use on your posting, in current and future advertising for PostWhatever.com unless specifically requested by the poster in writing that we do not.
